They have called my cell at least 4 times in the last 10 days. They have not left a message. I do not answer when they call.

This number has called me a couple of times now once I didn't pick up because I wasn't around, and the other time when they called I did and they just asked for me.

I NEVER answer calls from numbers I am not familiar with.  They are no different.  I wish they wouldn't get me excited like somebody worthwhile is calling me...

I just got a call from them but i didn't pick up because i wasn't near my phone and didn't hear it ring. They actually did kinda leave me a message, but there was too much static to really hear anything, it kinda sounded like loud music was playing or something. anyway, i'm glad i googled the number to try to see where it came from..

They have called me twice since i got my new phone askin for someone named oscar. I only answered because my boyfriend is currently in basic in great lakes IL && the area code is the same.now I know not to answer them though....

it is CIT Colorado institute of technology. i know this cause theyve called me over 40 times in the past 6 months so i called them back the recording says thank you for calling CIT the Colorado institute of technology if u know the extention u like to reach dial it now if ud like to talk to the operator stay on the line.
and as to the music in the vocemail it is because when they call they are using an automated caller but when u answer you talk to an actuall person

I must have received a hundred calls from them already.  But I don't answer any calls that don't identify themselves.

Try going to white pages .com type in the # it will tell you who the service provider is then try callng them to complain.

Yup. They call a bunch. I called them back on a land line and it is CIT Stone cliff something.
