    Shame on you scammer!
    Received a call from a "Tony Beavers" from the "Illinois of Police" asking for my mother (88 years old).  I am her caregiver and stayed on the phone with her as she wished.  "Tony" "thanked her" for being a ""loyal contributor"" and asked  for a donation for this year".  He then asked for her "usual" $15.00 yearly donation and, after an explanation of our financial situation agreed to a $10.00 donation for this year.  I should have checked on this earlier but didn't.  It wasn't clear to me that this is a scam.  I will remember this  in the future.
