    Received recorded call from this number stating it was on behalf of my Medical Insurance Cigna to verify a service we received for our daughter. Everything it said was correct such as name and service provided but wasn't comfortable when it asked me to verify and enter daughters DOB- hung up.

    CareCentrix contracted by BlueCross BlueShield, was who I worked with to get my child's medical supplies approved by the insurance.  They just called to verify that my child received the medical supplies and 2 or 3 quick questions.  It was automated, but it is legit.
