an automated message talks about renewing computer services that I taken last year(which I did not) and will be renewed automatically, if you have any questions talk to the billing dept..definitely looks suspicious..it just hung up wihout any valid info...be watchful..it also provides you an number to call billing dept..

This is a scam, they are trying to sell you services you dont need. They try to prove to you that you bought the service by getting you to type in a command in the "run" which is a website and not a program that's loaded in your computer to try to convince you. if you can get their name  and report them to the FCC via the donotcall.gov site.

Scam about computer called Network Solution Services. Said from New Jersey but called from Florida

Oh Yes!! I have plagued by calls from this number for at least a year now. I think it is somehow linked to a Dell product I purchased in the past. Just hang up on these crazies definitely a scam and not connected in anyway to Dell.

Just received this call, they called the day before and said I had refund in the same amount . How do you report these people too the authorities?

I got the same thing, definitly a scam

they have called me about 4 times a day and tell me that I own them $199.99 for something I dont even know about it

They tell me to give them my banking information and access to my computer so they can refund the $300 I paid for their service.
I told them I wasn't going to give them my personal information. I told them they could send me a check. They told me "No" and that the only way they can refund my money is by depositing the money into my checking account.
I told them, "No way!" They still call me several times a day, from that number & other numbers. They sound like they're from India.
I blocked the first number, but like I said, they just call from another number. So annoying.
