    Fake payday loan scan.

I get many of these calls & basically if I get a call from an Indian sounding male I just say wrong # from the get go.

    Here are my suggestions:
    * Change your phone number - these calls will not stop.  I am changing mine after 6 months of these calls as phone contract is up.
    * Do not utilize any any any PayDay loan company online.  This is where they got your info, plus in the past I have dealt w/ many of the companies and overall, they are located overseas and you have no protection if they overcharge/mis use your info.  Use a physical local place in your city.

I made the biggest mistake of my life and got a pay day loan on line. I paid it off and since then, they called my boss and got me fired after working for the same company for almost 19 years. They won't stop calling. I'm going to the police department today and filing harassment charges today. I'm not sure how much good it will do though. I can't change my phone number because it's my place of business. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

know these people they are actually appointed by two law firms in Florida. I got to realize it when i have ignored their calls and i have received papers prepared by real attorneys and i have suffered a lot after that...cause those fools have closed my payment option once law suit files...instead of their settlement amt ($398)... i had paid $2798 in part pay options given by the court of law....
I strongly recommend not to ignore these calls and try to bargain on amt what you owe than settle it at one shot pay....in one shot you get good offer try to get that ....Best of luck ....god bless America.....

    scam
Adwina obviously works with these scammers in India and thinks that for some reason in America we end all posts with "god bless america"

I can't believe anybody falls for this scam, they callers don't sound anything close to the names they give.  They also threaten with crazy procedures which you would never see from legit collection companies.

You would think it would be easier for these animals to get real jobs then try and get somebody to send $300, i can't imagine anybody falling for this scam.

Got a call from this number, a man with an indian accent saying he was from the Bureau of Criminal investigations left me a message about a serious legal matter.  I wasn't gonna fall for these fools since this isn't the first time these [***] called me stating they were from the Dep't of Law and Investigations and/or Bureau of Criminal Investigations.  I called them back and told them that I reported them to the FBI and FTC and never to call again

Again, DO NOT FALL FOR THESE [***]' TRICKS, let them say whatever they want.  Just report them to the FBI, FTC, etc... , someday they'll get a taste of what a REAL agency will do to them

Yeah they called my job yesturday and kept calling and calling. If they were so much of a legit company why on earth would they call back to back like they did and say stupid things. Real companies dont do that. They leave one messege and identify them selves and leave a proper number. But THESE indian people get on my nerves!!!! I wish they would leave me the hell alone!!!!

Today...I got a call from a man who calls himself "Henry Scott" from Bureau of Criminal Investigations. Stating "usa cash advance company" had deposited $300 to my bank account, which NEVER occured.  All these men calling my work are all indians, can't speak english.  After finding out these are nothing but scams....I took control of our conversation and ASKED and DEMANDED answers from him and not answer any of his questions (which pisses him off and start giving me some B.S. answers).  Nothing will work with this people, so I have explained to my boss what is going on and next time he calls, my boss will talk to this "Henry Scott".  Before he got off the phone with me, he said he will get me fired.  hahaha   What this "Henry Scott" doesn't realize is my boss has family members and family friends who are in FBI and in law enforcements. My boss will gather information and go from there.  I will keep all of you updated in what needs to be done.

Adwina,  Since you've paid them and this is real, you should have some sort of a receipt of your payment, authorization numbers for your payment or something.  Please give us that info so we can track these people.  If it is an actual company, they should have an actual address.  please share all info you have for this company.  If you can't share....i guess you are one of them.

    another fake number!
I took a payday loan a while ago and paid it back... this is the third number calling with the same BS story (and same guy calling).  This time they are BCI.  It is a scam people, don't even bother calling them back, all that does is verify that they have a working phone number.  I have blocked all their calls on my cell so I don't even know when they call there, but today they called my desk number at work.  So, just wanted to put a note under this new phone number as well.

Oh, and to Adwina: you really must think that we are a bunch of idiots.  Get a life, and a REAL job...  "Best of luck"- that is how just about every voicemail from you tools ends.

Fake! Yep!  I knew when he said that my payment options were closed that something was up and then he proceeded to tell me that because of nonpayment my 300 dollar loan would have to be settled with a payment of 8,000 dollars.  I started laughing then and told him I had a lawyer and he was ready to hang up then and this time he did not call me back.  I mean really!!!! Don't we have enough trouble dealing with real bill collectors.  Somebody needs to do something about this.

Adwina you type like the message I hear on the voice mail.  You're a mole with a fake soul.  I have been ignoring these calls, they are crazy and they are giving poor representation's of their selves.  I am listening to Kilawatee Rajpat introduce him self as Officer Harry Watson from some criminal investigation whatever.  What is funny to me they call me on my job (I am a federal government employee) leave these harassing voice mails on my voice mail box claiming they are from a government agency that does not exist.  Hey mole with no soul, when I have received collection calls in the past, the person calling kindly and professionally gave their name and/or the company they worked for in my voice mail box why not try that piece of telephone courtesy and pass it on to your room full of colleagues we hear in the background when you leave those insane messages YOU JERK!!!
