No luck with that.  These calls are made by hardcore Indian scammers.  As such they are beyond the reach of US law.  Invest in a call blocker and do not pick up on calls you do not recognize.

Ive gotten many calls from these people, when I finally answered they told me im approved for a loan for $3,000 thing is I did apply for a loan awhile ago but never finished the application, but I dont believe it was through them, the person on the phone said it was, I even asked her about repayment options and she said it'd be $160 a month. I told her id call back but wanted to do background on them. It said the company was called moneyloans.

knew it was a scam within the first 30 seconds, so I did what I do with all of them. This time I managed to keep them on the phone for a little over 40 minutes. Now I will randomly call their number until they block my number.

This number called me too.  When I asked their name, they gave me 2 different names. And when I asked for the e of the company they said it was non of my business, I said if they want to give me a loan I need to know who to pay...  they called me a few choice names.  I got 10 calls in 1 hour.   I started to call them back and sit on the phone with them while my baby cried.    I just kept calling and calling them back.   It was awesome!.   Haven't received any more calls.

They are stalkers!!! Within 12 hours I recieved 20 phone callas and they never leave a message. Told them to take me off their list. The guy said "ok, bye". The better mean OK and not ever call again!

I never answer calls from number that I don’t recognize, and this was one those numbers!

I made an online order and received two calls from scammers the next day. I doubt it's a coincidence.

They keep calling my number they are annoying!

They ripped me off for $675 and asked me for another $499 to complete the process. DO NOT give them ANYTHING. IT'S A SCAM. I'm so pissed!!!

Advance fee loans are illegal period and in some states, so are the payday loans.   Please be aware the scammers may also claim down the road that you have taken a loan and try to extort money from you that way as well!

They called me from a bad connection. Said something about a loan then the called dropped. Knowing I have not applied for a loan, I called them back to find out for sure what they were calling for and how they got my number. While I was on the phone with them, they called me again. Said I was approved for a loan and told them I have never applied for a loan online. Said he would remove my number and ended the call.

Have been getting calls from these people too. I like to reverse the tables on them. Take the number they are calling from and enter it on any and every site so they get bombarded with calls from telemarketers. too.

DO not trust Monny Loans. Do not give them any information. My wife applied for a personal loan and got a call back from Monny Loans. We almost fell for it. They kept asking for the user name and password to my bank account so they could make a small deposit to verify the account was ours. I did not give them my id or password but they did have my routing number and bank account info as well as my wifes ss from a bogus application we filled out for them. somehow they contacted my bank and disputed a 500 dollar atm withdrawal that i had made. The bank credited my account with 500 dollars pending an investigation.If they investigated the account and found the withdrawal to be legit they would reverse the credit. Monny loans then asked me to go to the atm and withdraw the 500 to verify that it was my account and provide them with the transaction id. I went to the atm and picked up an old receipt from the floor and provided them with that transaction ID . They told me perfect and that my account had been confirmed with that transaction ID. They then asked me to go to CVS and obtain a one vanilla card for 480 and to provide them the number so they could reimburse the verification department and that then they would deposit 5000 into my account.I provided them a number for an old card my son had gotten for his birthday, they then asked me if I had added money to the card because it showed no funds available. It was at this time that I confronted them and let them know they were scum and were the lowest possible life form on earth.

The problem is twofold.  First, they have your banking information and can make a withdrawal anytime they feel like it.  Second they have your wife's SS#.  So you need to have the bank change your account.  You also need to do the following:

786-232-4388 called me all the time. Said they are monny loan and would give 3000. All I had to do is go to Walmart to verify my iis.I am worried about them just taking my money out of my account. May have to close and start over. Anyone else get this number?

Told me I was approved for $3000, and they would send it thru Western Union after I purchased a google play card or steam card in the amount of $250... Total SCAM!!

They called me that I've been approved  for $3000 loan that all I have to do is go to Walmart with my identification  cars my cellphone  with  $250 deposit into Walmart money card and notify  them immediately  after the deposit. All they do is prey on the vulnerability of people in financial problems.
