No vmail, spoofed number. Blocked.

They called and left a blank message on my answering machine. I blocked the number.

Called ..left no message.....BLOCKED

This number keeps calling me everyday. I called back blocking my caller ID and listen to the following message. Thank you for calling back this is Eric with the Florida trooper Association.

Don't know why a florida trooper would be calling Michigan, he has been calling my parents house everyday, several times a day, I am going over to block it, it is horrible how these nuisance  people are getting away with this

He's probably not a actual Trooper, rather he's a solicitor raising money for an alleged charity which is really lining someone's pockets (maybe his) instead of helping anyone else. Do not answer unknown calls and do not call them back. Consider getting a call blocking device for your parents (or app for your cell phone)-they're available online and start around $45. https://800notes.com/nb/search?q=call+blockers
