When I answered,  a very creepy voice said "hello." Sounded like a Halloween voice recording.  Blocking the number.

Called 9/29/18 @ 2:35P. No one on other end of phone, just dead silence.

Call from this # came in at 8:09 AM Sat AM.  It was a spam or robo  call that went directly to my call blocker.  In checking who called, info was that it was Election Connect from FLA.

Nothing but silence. Came here, saw spam and unwanted calls. Blocked #

Came home to 15 missed calls in two hours from this number with no voicemails.      I blocked them immediately.

Called my land line and the caller ID came in as "not in service". Spoof call.

Caller Id said "Not In Service", that immediately got my attention it's a SCAM.  Call out of Florida.  Don't know what SCAM their running and I don't care.  The problem is, there is at least one empty seat on the buss that is driving off a cliff.

Scammers using a number thats 'not in service' and fplks fall for it, ugh.

Just got this call. They left no message. When you call the number back, it's not even a working number. The caller ID says "election connection." SCAM.

I would not answer ANY incoming call that shows on caller ID as "Not In Service" as this one does. I have received multiple calls from this number (never answered by me) but never with a message. It seems this is a pretty popular 'garbage' number used for various robocalls. A shame these allowed to continue with no action taken to eliminate them.

I kinda thought it was spam, so I said, "Thank you for calling the name of my town Police Department non-emergency line. How may we assist you in a deep voice and immediately they hung up. I do that a lot to most of the calls I don't know and some actually said, We're sorry, we must of dialed a wrong number.

My caller id showed " Not in Service".  Really? Total spam!  I never answer unknown numbers, just block them. Over 700 numbers blocked in a year and a half. It's nice having a call blocker but wish we didn't need one.
