This number has called me 10 times today.  I blocked it and now it's leaving me messages! Sometimes  less than an hour apart.  if I call back and tell them to take me off the list they hang up.  Message is that someone turned off my Fire Wall and I need to call back their expert to fix it.

The same thing happened to us.  Multiple calls from this caller. I called back the number and asked to be put on their internal do not call list. I was promptly hung up on. I called back, they hung up. I called back, the person on the other end stated he didn't like my attitude and hung up. I called back, the person responded "impossible" and hung up.  Finally I called back and asked what company they were: "Microsoft Online Support", I asked where their company was: "Washington USA", I asked what service they provide: "online support because my IP address was compromised". I asked how they knew that: "because my computer IP address sends them an alert". He said the only way to get on the DNCL was to fix the problem and I should go online to their website and they will help me fix it.  This is a scam. Any company that can't explain what they do and will hang up on you multiple times when you ask to be placed on their DNCL is a fraud. I have reported them to the online spam reporting centre.

This number calls me every 10 minutes. How can this be stopped

I got the same message, my was a robo call.  32 times in 48 hour timeframe

They keep calling and leaving messages ever when blocked. What SOBs.

I had 18 messages yesterday and 2 today at 945 am. I have reported them to federal authorities since I am an agent.

I have got 11 Robo calls today and it is only 2 P.M; so probably will get more,,,,,,,,,,,,,,How can I stop this, I tried blocking but it doesn't seem to work.  Very frustrationg

They have called 5 times so far.  It called the house phone and I don't have the option on that phone to block it.  Caller ID number shows up as 850-338-6364.  Call back number is 850-760-0058

i'm having the same issue. i blocked them but they are leaving messages one after another. they are filling my voicemail with more than 10 messages a day. The crook I spoke with was the most impolite person I ever spoke with. He said this will go on until I fix the problem. The fact of the matter is I don't have any problem with my network...A cway needs to be found to uncover these unethical people....

Seriously? How are you providing a bogus callback number if you are legitimate??

They keep calling every few minutes telling me my Microsoft window firewall has been taken down by an IP address that is not in the US and I must call them to fix it.  I hope no one falls falls for this!!  IT IS A SCAM!!!!

This number has been calling us up to 10 times a day for two months! Anyway to stop them? I called the number back so I could tell them to stop but it comes back as a non working number. Our phone is being held hostage by these criminals!
