We will help you with court hearing date by Thursday & you will get the prosecution papers after that hire an attorney & get resolve this matter in court house & you will be charged couple of $1000s while doing fraud with the company.

This is just to let you know that court is issuing the arrest warrant against you on Wednesday because you were not present at court hearing. We emailed you regarding date of the court hearing, as well we sent you the prosecution papers at your mailing address. Now you will be behind the bars for next six month, the couple of cops will be at your door to pick up you.

Total scam.   [***] don't know how the criminal justice system works even at its basic level.    Stupid mish-mash of lega  terms.  Noting but threats originating in India and hoping somebody will fall for it.

"Troy Horton" is an extortionist coward hiding behind a magicJack device with a throw-away phone number.

I got the same exact email... Troy harton has been bothering me for months. I am so sick of this. I'm so happy other people look these up and post there's as well. Knew this was a scam but it's getting out of hand how much he emails me.

Emailer has changed their name for CASH USA from Troy Harton to  Arthur Campbell BEWARE!!!

I too got the same email just today. The name that appears that sent me the email is ARTHUR CAMPBELL. The same phone number. Like you they have my name and SS#. There is nothing anyone can do. Our own government can't do anything about it unless it happens to their family, friends and to themselves then, they will do something about it.

One day the scamming they are doing right now will happen to them too WORSE than what they are doing to other people.

IRS does not file lawsuits.   Court action, if any is handled by the DOJ and all parties are entitled to legal assistance if it is a criminal matter.  But--tax disputes are for the most part civil matters.  90% of all IRS tax disputes are settled administratively.  IRS has absolutely no authority to call on local law enforcement for anything. Local law is never involved in IRS tax disputes. IRS has no powers of arrest.    If LE is necessary, US Marshals do the job.  IRS does not cold call anyone and ask for money. IRS does not accept Green card money paks for payment in any case.  No one is prosecuted for ordinary tax disputes. IRS has absolutely no authority over anyone's professional license. Professional licensing is handled by state governments.  Yes, levies on property to satisfy an existing tax obligation do occur, but only after a very long period of negotiation. And yes, liens are placed on individuals but  usually after a lot of negotiation and a failure to reach a settlement.    All determinations of tax liability are subject to appeals.  All  contacts by the IRS are initiated by US mail.

Received an email from this company today threatening legal action if I do not pay. $ 765  I have never had a loan from any of the affiliates they listed . This is a SCAM and should be stopped !

First of all even if you did owe money it would be a civil case not criminal so they are trying to scare you by using "Officer". If you listen closely in the background you can hear that it is a call center. They send out hundreds of thousands of the e-mails and phone calls hoping some poor fool will bite and send them money. Don't do it as it is just a major scam.

block them if possible or send to junk mail. Just ignore them.

I got the same call..saying the very same thing but slightly different figures. I know in fact it's a scam because a year ago they wanted me to send money and put it on a Green Dot money card..I contacted my bank about it and they told me it was a scam..

i got a message in my spam box saying that his name is aurthur cambell and tha ti own on a  payday loan which i dont have any checking account as well and if i dont pay up it will cost me 8,000 dollars plus court fee, i jus looked up this number and found out tha tthis number is not listed.

This is (one of many) criminal extortion scams that have been going on for years. Many are operating overseas and out of the reach of US law enforcement, while others are operating within the confines of prison cells here in the US, using contraband cell phones. Others are using VOIP. Either way, they are able to disguise their identities and locations, making them next to impossible to prosecute. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting victims' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

My email is the same word for word except it's from "Arthur Campbell" - these people need to be STOPPED (prosecuted would be better!

I got the same exact email. They also have all my familys cell phone numbers. They need to be stopped, especially because they have our names and SS #s!

ive gotten emails from this company saying i owe money and the guys name is arthur campbell. i havent had a loan in a few years. i am constantly emailed 1-3 times a day from this company. my number they say i have aredebt 795.00 court penalty8000 and court cost 1500. i wish this person would stop emailing me and threatening me.
