it's a collection agency.  they are threatening to summons me to court.

Got the same call.  Then they called my sister in law and my grandma.  After actually talking to my grandma and finding out how we were related she was then called by someone pretending to be me with a story about me being in an accident that was my fault and now I was in jail.  She sent them $2k....   I find it hard to believe that these two things are not related.  Talk about shady collection practices.

"Monica Hardy" called me today and left a voicemail saying she had "several matters" regarding my husband that were being filed with the court. Doesn't she know she cannot leave voicemails of this nature? How in the world would her office have "several matters" concerning my husband, much less one? Really want to teach people like this a lesson...don't like the bullying tactics. Have been hassled before and am assuming this creep is from the same group that loves to bully, badger, harrass and threaten people all over the country into sending the money because they're afraid and embarrassed. This needs to stop!!

Called about delivery for another person. Unable to write down number given. Called number on caller ID and they answered and hung up on me.

I got the same call saying that there was a package to be delivered to an ex. Called and told them I didnt know the recipient. Said they took my number off but no clue.

Stop calling me

They are telling me I fraudulently took out a loan back in 2010 under an email that I haven't used since 2009 and threatening court, I told them I want documentation showing all of this and she hung up on me
