Called a family member of mine & left a message stating that a "formal complaint" was filed against me & they were giving them ONE CHANCE to provide my contact info before "appropriate paperwork" was filed with "a local county court"  No name or company provided.

Received a call, a man with a heavy voice stated that a formal complaint has been filed against me and they wanted information about my wear about, if there call is not returned paperwork will be filed at my local county court.  No name or company

Voice sounded almost garbled (heavy) but understandable.  Looking for someone that has a complaint filed against them then named an exhusband of mine. (the name was inserted by a computer I think. Voice different from caller.)   Talked about paperwork at some court and left two 855 numbers to call back.  I don't answer these things or call back.  Sometimes the call back charges you.  Using the name of an ex spouse would peek someones interest especially if it suggests he's in some kind of trouble.  Didn't take the bait.

Sister and I both recieved a call on the same day about someone else and that thry would fule approriate paperwork with the courts if that person doesnt get back to them. Called the number back to test it and no answer.

Received threatening phone call 7/21/2016 from a man who would just provide his name Richard Price and Western from 855-208-1893. Would not provide any additional company information, address, etc so I could send him a cease and desist letter.  I told him I would report his telephone number to the State of Florida Attorney General's office.  He is welcome to file any paper work in the County.  His collection threats are illegal.  He hung up and now won't answer the phone.

Got a call from them this morning asking for my wife. I asked her name, Lisa and what this was all about and the woman said to have her, my wife call and hung up. Very rude. I called back and was connected to an entirely different "Lisa" and asked for a physical address and she said "we don't have one." I told her not to call us anymore.

Have called my dad and my mom stating the same thing about a formal complaint against me.  I get these type of phone calls often  about a payday loan.  I have contacted my dept of finance numerous times,  filled reports, and ignored the calls-it never stops.  A few months later a different number with a "different  company " name calls again.  Its extremely frustrating,  stressful and exhausting.  Anyone have any other suggestions on how to handle this? It's been happening for almost two years now.  😠 and there using more then this number.  Also using 855 208 0895

I got a call from this number with the same strange message. The person they said they were looking for was a tenant of mine from 15 years ago... Very strange. So far I have gotten 2 calls of this type.

I am receiving the same messages. I believe it's a scam, I have not returned their calls. Blocked the number.

Same thing formal complaint filed against me, obviously a recording, someone like Channelle Williams...just got my number a few days ago. BTW the call I got came from 855-208-2459, so it sounds like same folks with different numbers. Read somewhere else company is western...I tried to cal back, recording said dial extension or wait on line for next available...I hung up. Bill companies owe me, good credit, straight arrow, obviously not looking for me, probably previous owner of number.

Got a message today while I was out and about on my home phone. The caller didn't leave to many detail other than to say they where looking for me but they called and said my maiden so i cant understand that part. Plus they really didnt tell me what is was about or why. I am not calling them back. I feel if you cant call me by the right name than you dont really want me.. Plus if you know my number than why dont you know where I live.!!!!

I've received a number of messages from this number.  Their latest tactic is "I have a package to deliver" the name they give is for my youngest sister who is currently fighting cancer.  She lives 1,000 miles away. This is really disturbing.  I feel harassed and this should be illegal.

Threatening to arrest if he doesn't pay a fraudulent check he never wrote , but panicked and paid it 400$

Contact your bank or credit card immediately and you may be able to get the charges reversed if it was done through a credit card. If it was sent Western Union, money gram, green dot, etc.,. you're out of luck.
