This is a scam.  Do not give people information over the phone! Yes they claim they will arrest, serve papers, call your job---all kinds of things -- which are illegal!!  Ignore calls from this number.

got a call from "unavailable" asking to call back 855-208-2379 ref # tm0788150 , they were asking for my exhusband, when i menitoned they called my number asking for him, they hung up, when i asked name of the company calling from they said statewide litigation.

Fake debt collector extortion scam.

One of the tricks they use is to call your family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.  They often call people that have never even been associated with you because they get erroneous information off of the internet.

This caller calls with information about that they have  legal documents to serve you at your job site  and for you to call  855-208-2379. It’s annoying: all the time

thet threatened that they would arrest me unless i paid then monies,thay said a process server would be coming i called the local police he went on his computer and this number came up that it's a scam. don't call them back i did and thay wouldn't even give the co's name, just ignore them!!!peace

This is a complete scam.  They call and tell  you they will come to your place and threaten that if you don't call them back that they will arrest you.

They called me on my landline and I called them back on my cell phone using *67 so that they could not see my cell number.  I do that regularly and the other party cannot see my number.  But they had my cell number!  He asked me to give him my landline number and he would delete it.  I already gave them that the other day so they could delete it!  They keep asking for a person with our same last name.  We do not know that person.  They say they have documents and will call her at work.

They call as Unknown!! left message saying they have documents for my husband, and that they going to serve him at work or home address, also say to call back to 855-208-2379. I did call back and tell them that I report the number to the local police, and that if they need to send something just do it but don't call and threat they just hung up on me.

They actually saw your cell number. 855 is a toll free area code just like 800. You cannot block your caller ID with *67 when calling any toll free number.

The woman "Rebecca" called me made threats to serve me at my work and collect a garnishment of a few thousand dollars - had my ss# too. Last week she even had contacted my sister on her cell#.  I told her I had looked up there number and this was fraud.  They even new about my bank from quite a few years ago.  She stated I had check fraud and charges would be filed.  When I told her this was BS and bogus and a scam, she said "Okay fine!  You'll see how much of a fraud this is when we garnish your check, ma'am." And she hung up on me.

They left a message on my dad phone when i called back the lady was really rude she was telling me some loan company deposited money in my account how can i see if this number is real

Said they would file lawsuit for 6500 due to my fraudulent bank activity.  They even called "court" to dismiss case.   They are so rude.  Ignore ignore ignore.   They also called again from a restricted number
