This call called me as well as the phone number 214-254-4888 and 214-731-4083.  This is a scame.  Don't pay anything to them just call the local police dept and callyour local Attorney General office to report this.  If some one has case against you the Sherrifs office does not call you if they have papaers to serve you they just find you and serveyou with the papers.  Please be smart and google the number before you pay them anything.  They just want you money and nothing else.  

Person on the opposite end of phn stated that their name was Investigator Roberson and they had to serve a summons.they also stated that the contact name on the summons is Arbitrator Mr. Price and also gave a document number.  We already know that summons are not serve over the phn and tthe real Sheriff  will come knocking on your door.  It's sad that you have grown folks who likes to continue to play on the phone and not get real jobs but aggravate people who are working trying to make a living.  These folks will be judge in the end by the creator since they can't be caught by the phony telephone lines that they hide behind.  You can report all day but nothing is never done.  They prey on the elderly and people who don't know how the real system works.  Just call your local Sheriff and ask them what their process of delivering sumons.

Caller was persistent that they were serving a summons. Gave name and title and document number.  If you don't know how summons are served could be very convincing.  Be careful crooked people are out there to take your hard honest money.  There should be a way to catch these thieves.  All of this technology this country have and don't have anything in place to track these calls. Block the calls if you can.

Same as story above detective Roberson and arbitrator price with a docket number. We filled for bancruptcy 7 years ago and since have learned not to over extend ourselfs. We have one credit card and keep up to date on all bills. They stated we wrote bad checks, um we can't remember the last year we wrote a check since we pay everything electronically. Not to mention 12 years ago my drug addict cousin used my closed account to write checks and no one called me like this. I received  letters by mail from the district attorney, who luckily helped me avoid charges for checks I didn't write.

This number just called and said I owe them 900 dollars and that they are gonna garnish my wages and income taxes.

I initially received a private call from a kiley bucain saying she is a processor for cook county.  She left the number for Mr. Price 855-208-2440 to call back today before 5:00.  She said that there were 2 pending files, one regarding a tax lien and one for fraudulent checks. I know neither to be true associated with me, however, I called the IRS anyway because they can tell me if there is a tax lien.  I spoke with the IRS regarding state taxes, federal taxes, and the lien department to which each one of them said I'm clean as a whistle!  Mr. Price can wait on my call, hope he holds his breath while doing so!

So one called from from an unknown in regards to some bounced checks for my brother.  He left a 855-208-2440 and said to contact a Mr. Price.  Mr. Price claim to not know anything about the case.  Please investigate this matter.

investigator Roberson called me saying I owe a tax lien and bounce checks to call mr price I ignored he yesterday she called again today and said she went to my place of employment and to my home but couldn't get a hold of me. This is BS and I will not be calling Mr. Price back she said the court will go on without me and I will pay whatever the court decides. They can do whatever they want I am clean of bounced checks and never had a tax lien in my life my docket number is supposedly #A72192 don't fall for this scam

The same person called me on the 21st and asked me for my address. I told her if you want to serve me papers you should have all this in file! This is frustrating but I'm glad I googled this number
