The scam is all the same they are going to serve you papers ect.,unless you pay them right now.  They have no address no company information that they can provide you with, for " security reasons".  Let me tell you anyone who wants to serve you paper will not tip you off in anyway.  Please never pay anyone who is not willing to accept a money order or cash.

Yep! They try to scare you into thinking that someone is waiting at your house to "deliver court documents".  I told them, prove who they are, and what the documents referred to, and they had nothing other than "it's something attached to your social security number".  They did have the last 4 of my SS# correct.  I told them to please mail me paperwork, and further told them that I will meet ~whoever~ at a safe place - such as the police station.  They weren't interested in doing that.  So ... yes!  It's scammy telemarketing.  I used to do this same work when I was unemployed.  SUCKED!  I quit because I couldn't scare people like that.  If someone is going to serve you papers, it's NOT going to be with someone coming to your house for collections.  Always check the public records for your municipal and common pleas courts.  If you are being "served" papers, then the complaint will already be filed against you.
