Received a call on my cell also

7/19/16 I received a vm on my cell from 855-208-2739 from a woman with a raspy voice saying that I need to call them to prevent any further legal action from being taken against me. There was no mention of a company name or any identity.  The next day 7/20/16 I got a call from a local number 704-460-9417 but they left no msg. I called it back and when the VM picked up it was the same raspy female voice in the greeting saying "Hello this is Stormy please leave your name and number etc,etc. 855-208-2739 is listed on other websites as being a scam threatening legal action if you don't pay up.
