Call threatening legal action if you don't call an 800 # or hangups

Same as John above threatening legal action on behalf of.... my mothers name? How did they get her name?

Called threatening legal action if I was Donna Elkins. I called to ask about it and two different people hung up on me when I said I wasn't her. Finally got a hold of a nice lady who is taking my number out of their system. I've had my number for 12 years!

Received a call from this number demanding I return the call because legal action was being filed against me.

Same as the rest, threatening legal action against me.

Left me a message threatening legal action if I didn't call. I called back didn't say who I was and asked what company this was and where they were located he advised me it was Client Services in Tampa, FL. I googled that and there were no results.

Thet have been calling me since 2009 and now I have finally got a hold of them they always say theres leagle action against me so I called the police and they told me it was a sccam. They even told me I had a warrant and the police they would have picked me up before I even knew I had a warrant.

calling leaving a message for my ex-brother in law! they where calling me from 855-206-8521 and then I blocked that # and now they are calling from this # 855-208-2762 leaving the same message demanding to  return the call because legal action will be taken at you home or employment I have block this # now. Janet Wallburg and Emily Dixon is the ladies name leaving the message and they sound the same.

Been receiving these type of calls for the past 6-7 years, once posing themselves as a FBI Agent.  Contacted FBI and validated that no one in the FBI was searching for me.  I've learned to ignore for the most part but when they try to contact my family (wife, son and daughters), friends or call on my work cell that really burns me...  I told my family to block the phone number and it's not always the same phone number.  I report the phone number as I get them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) - that is another option I would recommend doing.  A legit company would not contact you threating legal action if you don't talk to them immediately, they would identify the name of the company, who's calling and purpose.  Also, my understanding is that if there is pending legal action you would received a notice in the mail...  As stated in previous post if there is a warrant for you they won't tell you, they'll just come and arrest you....  The FTC Website can provide more specific information.

call every number Ive ever been associated claiming legal action was being taken against me. I filed bankruptcy and asked who I owe so I can pay it. Wont give any info. States sending me to court.

07-06-16 - 2:06pm The first call a recording of a female came from # 1855-208-2762 and then I pressed # 1. Not sure if scam yet, man by the name of Mosses was looking for my son . Said, my son took out a online loan of $3,998.00 but was giving only half Aprox. $1,999.00 and that I was listed as a co-signer. If my son did this, I know nothing about it and didn't co- sign. Said, there would be a warrant of arrest. Wanted $596.00 or split 0f $298.00 . Then would settle with me for $200.00 if I paid either with debt or credit card.  I didn't pay, we got disconnected an he called back on this number 1 501-242-5073. I told Mosses, I would like to consult with Police or an Attorney first. Mosses said, he works for a Team of Lawyers and Attorneys . He said, when this calls ends if I don't pay, that he would just forward this to the DA Office in Pine Bluff Ar. Note: Mosses had read out my address DOB and SSN already on file.

Received a call and a message on both my cell and my work phone stating that if I did not return the call immediately I would be served at my home or my job.  Called the number back several times, all different times of the day and no one ever answers and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message.  They only called once (both phones, same day) and never called back again.
