Marketing for free sample of eye serum and JBE Skin cream and then charging you $89.92 and $84.95 on credit card for a "direct marketing continuity subscription" and when you call they say they are "willing to cancel and keep 35% of these fees"....NOPE...I told them I was reporting them, disputing "pending" charges on my credit card and cancelling my card!  Beware!

I did not sign up to repeatedly order this cream.  This are horrible businesses who are doing this.  I am disgusted.

I am so MAD I could spit fire! This is a scam...beware they will charge your card even when you only agreed to a trial. I had to call my bank and cancel my debit card. Once the charge is off pending status I have to call back and hopefully they can get it refunded. After all this the cream they sent isn't any better than over the counter stuff. BEWARE IT IS BAD NEWS!!!

I wished I would have read this first. Same here, I thought I was paying for the trial samples. They will only credit 35% cost to me. Not good enough. I couldn't use neither cream nor serum. They burned my skin. CC company will dispute after 14 days. I told them I was going that route if they wouldn't credit me the full amount. Mark called me while I was on the phone with Discover. Left me a vm to return the call.

Just went through this! Then I asked for his company's actual name and state and he refused!!!!

So I orderd some Garcinia. Didn't like it.. so I cancelled it on 11/22/2017. When I called she said "I am so sorry, don't leave, I will send you two bottles, then if you like it then you will get 30% off". Then I see a see a new charge. Called. They said " we have you recorded" I am like, "Bring it".. SO---oooo after refusing to give me his company's name, or state, he said he would give me a partial refund. I am like "Partial when I cancelled in NOVEMBER?". I told him he was skeevy and he was better than this. He proceeded to call me over and over. All over money that was mine all along.. Yeah, won't go the home company every again because of this.  Getting the information through the reverse calling has been a pain, however, I am persistent.  Will persevere. Skeevy people suck.
