Call from an Erica Shaw/Shrine (not sure couldn't really understand) saying she is a mediator and a law suit is being filed against me. She wants to help me by getting a statement from me and and I need to call her back ASAP. i called the number and get a recording saying it's Accerated Services. Never heard of them and don't intend to talk to her. They also called my friend looking for me. My husband has been getting similar threatening phone calls and friends and family of his looking for him. I'm pretty sure it is a scam. They need to serve us legal papers if we are being sued by someone (have no idea who it could be). If that happens then we will contact a lawyer. Also, I can't find any legitimate companies by that name.

Is most likely a debt you have you should call and see if is so they will try and help you before any law suit like settlements out of court or even pay back principal

Boy what a mouthful of BullSh*t.    Don't call those people back.  If a law suit were pending,  you'd have been legally served.  Besides,  make them earn what they steal.  I doubt they could validate their own shoe size.   This is just the same old scam that these people get by with by using fear and threats as a weapon.......and their big mouth.   Don't even talk to them.

Just got a call from Shaw sounds serious but from the comments above I'm not buying it

I keep getting calls and so does my family and friends. She says the same stuff as was mentioned before.  I feel if it was legal and I was being sued I would get it in the mail.  I just feel like this is a scam so I'm not talking to anyone.
