Called them back, says that i owe money but will not provide nothing in writing in the mail or emial as to who they are. scam

These people calling me from blocked numbers claiming they have legal complaints filed against me and I should return their call at 8552083640 ..and best part is they have my social security number and keeps googling my first and last name calling every possible relative connected with that name trying to get information on me luckly there are tons of people with my name so they have a lot of calling to do..these people are scammers trying to get money from whoever they can..
