A Ms. Pam Smalls from Accelerated Services and they are mediators.  They called my sister & told her that I would be taken to court, lose my job, car, and license if I don't call them back.  They said my sisters name was an emergency POC for me in case they couldn't get a hold of me.  I don't take threats sitting down, esp since I work for the Feds!

A received a call on 10/3 saying a creditor was threatening legal action if I didn't pay them in full for a debt my wife obtained.  They said they were Accelerated Services and are hired for one day as mediators for another company to give me an "opportunity" to avoid legal action.  It sounded like they were reading directly from a credit report they obtained.

I received a call from this company from a Pam Smalls saying they were called Accelerated Services. They said  I had opened up a loan, and were being sued by an unnamed party. This is a scheme they want your email and social security number. Do not fall for it. Check your credit report, nothing will be on there. I did my research first. Do not give them any information.

They didn't identify themselves to me but they threaten me with legal action, jail etc. about a payday loan I took out in 2007. Do they think I am an imbecile! They won't answer the who and where! I reported the number to the Justice Department!
