Caller identified himself as Jeffery Dixon from an unknown number stated a complaint has been filed  against me here in Wayne County District Court for fraud and to call and to refer to case#and to consider myself served.  Unknown number called again and left the same message on 03/31/2017.I received a call from family and friends saying they got this same message on their voice mail and was worried about me. I called the number and spoke to a Tiffany Reynolds from the legal dept whom I advise after asking her name that the call was being recorded to protect myself from any unlawful debt collection practices she stated it doesn't matter because this is not a debt collection co. I asked what is this about and she said you have committed willful fraud against a payday loan company and are being sued.I told her I have no loan payday loan out and when was this done she said in 2014 and became very irate saying I did this and she has my email address and address said then why ha vent you sent me anything on this supposed debt,Tiffany stated information was sent that was ignored and a summons will be sent for me to appear in court.I said then send it and she said I will and hung up.I called back and the same person answered. I asked for the mailing address and she said you don't need a mailing address Ms. just wait for your summons and hung up.
