Called threatening that they would be pushing paperwork to my counties courthouse to process legal proceedings. Not once mentioned what for, who they are, or any other identifying infomation.

This number called  a dozen times and then unknown caller kept showing leaving voice mails claiming the county sheriffs dept. could not locate me and that they were going to have to serve me at my place of employment. They never stated who they were or what the matter was about

this number calls blocked she says shes from Creditors, which means nuthing to me, but they call about payday loans and wen u make them mad they call back at least 8 times in a row. apparently i said something they didnt like. they threated to serve me with papers, i told them to meet me a the local police dept. then there was a diffrent tune. they hung up, im asumming its a scam. (AS ALWAYS DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THEM AT ALL)
