    this company is a scam, when you call there is no mention of the company's name and the people are threatening. Saying that they are going to take you to court.

    I got a call from this number stating that the are T.H.E. Processing firm trying to collect $400 from a payday loan that was deposited in my account in 2010 and threatening to issue warrant for my arrest if I did not settled the amount. they gave me a case number and everything. I went to my bank and they confirmed that there is no record of such loan. are you sure is a scam?
