Said was a delivery, but it's a scam saying you have court papers over a Internet loan. I have never got an Internet loan. Told them to go ahead and have the police delivery the papers. They got mad and hung up on me.

My Brother texted me and said this man called him advising I was going to be sued.  Right there is a violation of FDCPA.  Sad part is these losers are probably working out of the back of their Ford Pinto so you really have no recourse, but the comfort of knowing they won't get a dime out of you.  Don't sweat it, legit collectors don't call and tell you documents are going to be delivered.  These are bottom feeders who usually purchase uncollectable debt. By the way the man was actually a "woman" named Ms. Ivy, right out of a game of clue. My attorney is going to have a chat with him/her.  Additionally, reporting the phone number as threatening and harassing and just for giggles, submitting a complaint to my states Attorney General.

Let VM saying final notice of fax delivery. Then when I called back they Said they were going to garnish my wages for payday loan with cash American or advance America but I've never had a payday loan I hung up on them, and they have been blowing up my phone all day said they were calling my employer and I was going to be sued for over 3,000.00

Final notice of a fax delivery of legal documents for my son.  Identified herself as Heather Sanders.

Left voicemail saying last notice to call them back so they can deliver documents. They used my maiden name that I haven't used for 23 years. Total scam!

got a call from phone number 855-208-4301 about an hour ago, stating that my husband needed to call them back so documents can be delivered. Said this was going to be the last attempt, however the same lady that left the message earlier called on 3/27/2017 from phone number 855-208-7740 saying the same thing about documents.  This is truly a scam, and I will be contacting my Attorney General.

Advised included in bed. Still kept rambling trying to sound like she knew what she was talking about......total scam hoping they can find someone that doesn't know the law.

They called my ex husband and mom. I've been divorced for 10 years and he doesn't even have the same number.  I have no idea how they get these numbers.  Called in reference to a fax order delivery.  They threatened to serve me papers.  Never happened of course.  They do this and target different people every couple of months.  It's a complete scam.  I've asked them to remove me from the call lists multiple times.  Incredibly frustrating.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!
