Reported to be from Cigna and even appeared to have my name correct.  Cigna did not initiate this call, does not feel that it sounds like one of their call centers when they called it, and has no record of needing to get in touch with me.  Likely a scam or phishing attempt.  Phone number appeared to come from 978-993-1179, whose block belongs to Broadwing Communications, whose Internet reputation is very low.

Same as previous note - recorded call stating they were Cigna and to return call.  I was suspicious because Cigna usually does not use "recorded" calls.

left automated voicemail stating they were cigna and to return call. did not give reason.  agree with above, sounds like scam or phishing attempt.

Call came on my cell phone.  Same as above.

Received a call from Cigna. Left a weird pre-recorded voice mail.

got a call from this number at work, however the automated message was cut off and only left the number and the hours.
