Called my cell too

These freaks called me and my husband. For a loan that I don't owe. This is absolutely abusive! Abusive. I'm tired of them getting new phone numbers and calling themselves different names. They have my personal information that I didn't give them. They said they would take me to court for a loan from 2008. First of all they couldn't even if they wanted to, the statute of limitations has expired.

Called me looking for my sister. Claming to be a location service. They knew my name and my phone number! I do not know how/why

They call family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.
