Believe it is a scam.  Left a threatening message about taking legal action and contacting me at my current employer or address on file.  They also left messages at my father's house who I have never lived with and have never used that phone number

Keep leaving me threatening messages about some loan?  Have NO clue what they are talking about.  They are bothering my family as well.

Received a threatening message from Amber Brown ext 2509. She stated I had a loan and she was willing to settle from $1983.00 to $400. I explained I have no idea of what she is talking about. She kept saying our company close in 10 mins and we need a payment immediately,but when I asked where she was located she avoided my question and said all over the world. 1-855-208-3463 is another number as well.

This is a common ploy by criminals masquerading as debt collectors who are attempting to extort money from people by scaring you into believing that you will be criminally charged, go to jail, lose your driver’s license, have wages garnished, be sued, and a variety of other variations on this,  all for an alleged or nonexistent debt.  One of the tricks they use is to call your work place, friends, or relatives repeatedly in an attempt to shame you into paying.  They also use the “process server” ruse who calls and claims he is going to serve you, but then says you could avoid it by calling another number.  Please note that process servers do not ever call ahead.  That way you can’t dodge them.

they done the same to me.  I kept calling and they finally blocked my number.  total scam.  I filed a claim on the FTC website and they called me at work, so I filed a claim on the consumer financial protection bureau website as well.  I also contacted my local law enforcement.  Good luck!!!

These people are total scams and will contact you, your place of business and any family they can find by searching online.  I kept calling and yelling and finally blocked my phone number.  I filed a claim on the FTC and consumer financial protection bureau websites.  They aren't getting a dime from me or my family.  I'm going to keep fighting in the war against scammers.  Please people... DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM MONEY.  Contact your local law enforcement office or attorney general as well.  Phone numbers from my callers are 855-208-9669 & 855-208-6719.  They even left messages acting like they were from the courthouse.  what a joke.  Good Luck!!!
