A company scammed me out of $173.00 this month and I have a pending payment due for next month!  I have cancelled my card so that they cannot collect anymore from me...

Hi Julie, what was the premise with which they got money out of you?

a person from this number called me saying they had my social security number and  I had a warrant out for my arrest and that I can make a payment to them.

I have numerous calls from this number - secure credit solutions and many voicemails threatning to take me to court. I have sent numerous letters in the email requesting proof of this debt and they have just ignored my communications.

I got a call from this "company" too. When I would call back I would get the same person everytime. I told them to stop harrassing me as I knew it was a scam and they were not legit. I asked for their address and they would not give it to me. The man I spoke to a second time stated that it was a po box and he had to look it up. I stated that if he was the so called manager he would know it off the top of his head. They are con artist trying to scare you. They cannot do anything. Do not verify your information as it states by law if they have your information you do not need to tell it to them. Scam! How can I report these people?

Keep receiving calls from 855-208-6794, they are also calling family and threatening them with lawsuits if I cannot be reached.  Legally I don't think they can do this.  Saying I have committed check fraud and that I will be served papers soon(I am still waiting).  I have not had a checking account for years.  How do I get them to stop harassing my family?

What I am gathering is that this is a company posing as a collection agency.  Their tactics are far from legal, although they may operate within enough of a gray area that they can avoid prosecution even if someone finds out who their toll-free number is registered through.

Someone should do a little legwork to see who has registered this toll-free number for their business.  I'm sure once the name of the group is out in the open and their intentions are known, these calls will cease.  These people only remain in business because someone always falls for their scam.

Got a call from this number today. It gave a file number and a claim #. But it is regarding a former husband of mine and we divorced 25 years ago.
