Woman called from "fraud" dept demanding I call her back because of bad checks in my name and there is a judgement against me. It is just yet again another scam to get your hard earned money. STAY AWAY!!!!  Don't give out any personal info.

Received calls from this number and 855-223-4898 and others. Claim they are the summons division and want me to pay to stop them from issuing it. Hey, it only took them 8 tries and they finally claim they are going to file in my county. SCAM artists big time! They say you have a bad check, they have your information from payday loans, shut them down. Homeland Security, please do something! Kim Lewis, Donna Chavez and Donovan Wade/Wade Donovan are names that are used so far.
