Sounds like a scam same as above called them back it just rings and rings...

Threatened  "completed service processing" in response to formal complaint; call to avoid legal action.  This  obviously is a scam but certain facts lead me to suspect it isn't a robocall.  Just a harassment call.

threatening legal action...call back and I got someone saying cardinal group when I asked 3 times who was calling...my third call at work and second at home - I know this is a scam but am very upset they have my work and home phone

Called and got a Derrick I think hard to understand him telling me I got money from some company and then shut my bank account down so they could not recover said 7 times sent documents to my home. Threaten to shut down my bank accounts and freeze anything FDIC related and attach my wages. When I told him I wanted documentation he  said could not do that and I told him without that I would not pay a dime he proceeded to threaten to have my bank accounts frozen again and hung up on me. When I tried to call back no answer. Somebody needs to put these people out of business. They called my cell and work #. There must be something that can be done about these worthless pieces of gargbage that try to defraud people that earn their living.

They need to be reported to the ftc what they are doing is illegal.... It's a scam... Any ethical collector would provide the documents requested ... These folks are just rude

Received two calls in two days from two different numbers.  Both stated that their company (which they never said the name of) received a complaint against me which result in service of process against me at home and/or my employer and to contact them to avoid legal action.  However, the name that they said the complaint was against is not my legal name nor is it a name I have ever gone by.  I tried calling the number back and it rang once and disconnected.  I believe this to be a scam.

Sounded like a robo-call. and threatened legal action for fraud against my social security number.  I know it's a phishing scam because they addressed me by the generic name we've attached to a  paypal account for a club.
