Rebecca Johnson at it again.. prerecorded bull crap VM about some fax garbage.. Call comes in as "No Caller ID" which unfortunately cannot be blocked..

Yep another one! Rebecca Johnson. Told me I had already been processed I said well stop calling me trying to scam me.

Called about some papers being faxed and attempting to reach me at my work place or residence

Rebecca Johnson calling me for the 50th time...trying to reach my sister to deliver a fax blah blah blah. I’ve never answered, only heard the recorded message.

Kathy Johnson with a recorded message. They have a fax ordered delivery for my brother who I haven't to talked to in a couple of years.... I'm pretty sure it's BS. Don't care, not answering!

Yes, your brother is the intended victim of an extortion scam.

 One of the tricks they use is to call your family, friends, neighbors and/or places of employment (past or present or both) to create panic and embarrassment so that their intended victim calls them and they can scare that person into paying their extortion money.  They often call people that have never even been associated with you because they get erroneous information off of the internet.

They mention that they have received a Fax document or some sort of complaint and that there is a pending legal matter or action about to filed against you to create the sense of urgency.  They tell you that they are a “process server” and cannot give you the particulars of the case since the file is sealed. This is simply ruse to get you to call another number (often with a made-up case number) where they will ask for money to “make it go away” (this is actually the same place, they work in teams, one pretending to be the server, and the other usually pretends to be a lawyer).  They threaten to serve you at home or at work.  They tell you that if they serve you at work they need a supervisor, security, or HR person there as a witness, hoping that will cause you to panic over the alleged embarrassment of being served at work.  They also tell you that you will need two forms of ID.  None of which is true.  Process servers do not ever call ahead so that you can dodge them.  Process servers get paid to serve papers, nothing else.  They certainly are not going to pass up a paycheck by telling you that you can avoid being served, they are not going to give you an extra day or even a few hours to get a “stop order”.  Court documents are time sensitive and have to be served within a certain amount of time.  Remember that you can always call the local courthouse to see if there is actually a lawsuit that has been filed against you.

Beginning of message isn't there, but says they'll make 1 more attempt to contact regarding delivery of documents. leaves this number.

Just got my call from Rebecca Johnson, looking for my daughter.  I have been receiving this call off and on for about a year.  They don't call too often.  Say they will make one more attempt to reach ****** at her place of employment.  Then they leave a fax number and a call back number.  Was told the first time I did answer that it had to with an audit.  My daughter has never had an audit done.

Something about fax documents being delivered to place of work or residence due to previous failed deliveries. I've had no previous calls from this number and the "faxed info" was about my fiance so dont know why I got the call. Caller I'd showed Unavailable

So Rebecca Johnson was my recorded message (from Unknown Caller) and I was told to call 855-208-7756 to schedule an alternate place of delivery for the documents.... A process server will NEVER call you to warn you they have documents to deliver.... scam

AG’s office suggest telling them your attorney says to cease calling or THEY will be served.  Good luck.

Same person called me about trying to get a fax to me and that they've made multiple attempts to contact me at my residence and place of employment.  I work at home, all day M-F, no one has attempted to serve me or contact me at all.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Same person Rebecca Johnson calls both my home and work number looking for a family member that I have no contact with. Calling my home number is just a nusance since I have caller ID but she needs to stop calling my place of employment. Does anyone know how I can stop this harrasement?

Rebecca Johnson, calls my Wife's phone asking for me. This is the final attempt to reach me. An ID. # was provided in order to deliver legal douments. I have been thru this before, and the whole call smelled like a scam. Looking at all the post for this contact number, it validated my suspicions.

Got the same recorded message on my landline this morning.  She asked for a person I do not know.  Caller ID said:  Unknown caller.
