Called claiming to be legalm documents. It instructed me to hit 1 to speak to a representative. The person answere saying legal documents and I notified here there is no way anyone is serving me legal documents since I am filing bankruptcy and she hung up on me. THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM.

These people have been calling me about law suits, I dont owe any money to anyone. They have been contacting my family about this other person.  I will they would stop.  I believe this is a scam.

2 calls in two weeks.. Jennifer  Brooks leaves message, says she has a fax order for name similar to family member . Tells me to call back.. this is final attempt for delivery.. obvious scam or debt collector

It is BOTH - a scamming debt collector.  That name has shown up on 800notes under quite a few numbers.  Block it & let your friends know about the call.  Do not put anything past these "people".

Obviously, you are too lazy to read any of the other posts.  Otherwise, you would have your answer.

They mention that they have received a Fax document, to create the sense of urgency and tell you that they are a “process server”. This is simply ruse to get you to call another number (with a made up case number) where they will ask for money to “make it go away” (this is actually the same place, they work in teams, one pretending to be the server, and the other usually pretends to be a lawyer).  They threaten to serve you at home or at work.  They tell you that if they serve you at work they need a supervisor, security, or HR person there as a witness, hoping that will cause you to panic over the alleged embarrassment of being served at work.  They also tell you that you will need two forms of ID.  None of which is true.  Process servers do not ever call ahead so that you can dodge them.  Process servers get paid to serve papers, nothing else.  They certainly are not going to pass up a paycheck by telling you that you can avoid being served, they are not going to give you an extra day or even a few hours to get a “stop order”.  Court documents are time sensitive and have to be served within a certain amount of time.  Remember that you can always call the local courthouse to see if there is actually a lawsuit that has been filed against you.

Jennifer Brooks calling me and leaving a message for a fax order. I called the federal authorities and to place a stop to calling my job and cell number

Jennifer Brooks has been calling me now for the last 2 weeks threatening me that I will be served at my job and or home for stating I owe money on a payday loan that I never had. She & 2 other women have even called & harassed my girlfriend. Also guy by the name of Wayne Phillips has called stating the same thing.

Tim Miller called me from 1-855-208-9423 saying he was trying to serve me court documents from a payday loan. I never have had a payday loan. He "three way called" the court house and had some man talk. I asked them to hold for a second. I called the court house he was claiming to call. They said they had nothing for me and they do not give courtesy calls. I then got back on the phone with Mr. Miller and told him of my discovery. He wasnt to happy, had some choice words for me, then hung up on me.

Had the same problem today as did my husband making the same claims from different, but similar number.

Called the number back and Veronica answered asked the name of the company and she said it was a law firm and would not give the name.  I told her by law I have the right to know the name and address of this company as well as have a validation of debit mailed to me.  Next thing I know she hangs up on me.  SCAM!!!!!

his number call me 6 time, left a message about a  Fax document that i call back. They call me sister telling to have me call them and that they are a law firm and would not give the name.

It's a scam.

Caller has been pestering me about non-existent "fax docs" for me.  This, apparently, is her final call per her voicemail.  She's been telling me for the last two years that this was her final call every time she's left a voicemail.  Whatever.  Scammers be scamming.  Don't fall for it people.

Jennifer Brooks has also been calling me and needing my fax #. I also called the police on this.
