Do you know who's number that is

A person calling themselves Adam Baily called my number and my daughter's number, saying that I was having a lawsuit brought against me by Credit One.  When I called them back, disputing the allegations, the person I spoke with didn't want to give their company name and said that I had been mailed legal documents to an address that I had not lived at for over 12 years.  The company/debt collection lawyers didn't want to give their name, it may be "Lockwood".  This company is illegally threating to sue me for a debt that I don't have.  Filing a complaint with the FTC and my states attorney general.

I also got a call from this number awhile ago today! Well actually they called someone in my family and I called them back. They are claiming to be collecting a debt that is over 10 years old and wanting me to pay over the phone. They are claiming to be from the "mediation department" and I forget what other nonsense. Said the debt is being turned over to the courts and I'll be "served". I called my attorney right after and they said it's a scam. I gave them the number, they're going to call and get back to me. She had my address and social security number. I'm a bit freaked out.

Yes!!  That is scary they had so much info!!  I filed a report through the FTC.  It was transferred to a different division and assigned to be investigated.  What they did is absolutely illegal!
