Got voicemail msg from this number.  Claims to have open case/investigation.  After review, will be filing charges on 2 counts.  Instructions to call prior to filing.  Says "Official Notification".  
Note:  Used similar but incorrect name.  Also included Case #.   Anyone else get this??

I received the same voicemail and, when I called back to ask what it was in regards to, the rep hung up on me.

These ppl also called me left a voicemail saying thry were going to get served &if I wasnt home they were going to my place of employment. Said something about an open fraud case ,left a case # and said to call ....Ridiculous!  About an old pdl debt

Got the same message about having a felony summons to serve on me.

A "John" calling an wants me to call the claims office for my response on a claim that was filed against me last week...??  I feel that if these were legitimate cases, they would have my legal address in which to serve me the papers rather than trying to get me or someone else to provide information that, if they are legitimate, they are getting paid to do.  Am saving the voice mails for future references regarding the "felony summons", "fraud accusations", etc.

my friends shop got a message where I used to be employed. stating two cases of fraud and fraudulent activity against me! I looked up the guys name on Google with the county he said he was from, no such person!
