This is Humana Insurance with information on their In Home Health Visits program.

Got call same number wanting to set up a Telehealth call to review benefits?  Not sure if this is legit and would be covered by our insurance program.

Contact your insurance provider at a known phone number and ask them about this call.

A Humana representative advised me that this agency is NOT affiliated with Humana.

They stated they were from Matrix Medical. I called Aetna & was given the number MM should be calling from which is 1-888-912-9214

They call almost every week but leave no message!

Matrix sends nurses to homes for several different health plans.  It is not required and sounds like some sort of scam to get more money from Medicare.  Medicare pays the health plans more money if you are sicker.  Best to simply stick with your doctor.  They will be hard to convince about stopping the calls though.

Claims to be aetna wanting to set up tele health visit - Odd since don't have aetna and never have.  Scam.
