I knew fro the start it was a scam. He was hard to understand and wouldn’t stop rambling on so I nicely said I was not interested and hung up.

I have asked them not to call me as I give no personal information on phone, it has to be a scam pretending to be Humana I am so fed up, I have tried blocking them and they still get through.

These phone calls never stop. Run company like telemarketing or scam business. I tell them not to call back. Your wasting time. Not interested. But they call back anyway.

Telemarketers sell goods and or services. This is not a telemarketer.

I have Humana and this a Humana number, although I believe it is a call center for other companies as well. I've tried to get the calls stopped with no success. Six or seven months ago I emailed my Insurance agent and complained to him about the calls. I told him I was going to call Humana and tell them if the calls don't stop I will start filing in small claims court for every call. He relayed the information to the regional manager and the calls stopped until today. When you get several calls a week and sometimes two a day that is harassment and you can take legal action. This time I am following through with my threat to file in small claims

Calls quite often, at times twice a day.  Same voice, mostly, says her name is Sidney, with Total Coverage, this is a recorded call.  Then asks, "Can you hear me okay?"  Very obviously, someone attempting to record either my voice or my wife's voice saying the word, "Yes".

Girl named Susan said she was from Humana and she wanted to tell me about something you should be getting with your health insurance coverage.  Sorry I missed you.  You can call back at your convenience from 7am to 7pm.   Did not call here back.  This is the fourth time she has called.

I have Humana and it has been them; usually calling to encourage me to use their mail order prescription company, Centerwell(?I think that is how it is spelled).

You knew who called and looked the number up anyway?  Now what possible reason would there be for that?  Oh, I know, you are a shill looking to make people think that this is actually that company so that you can scam them.

This is a call from Signify Health wanting to set up a home care review visit.  They are hired by Humana to try and get additional medical information so Humana can claim higher Medicare reimbursement rates from the government if your health profile is worse than average.   People visiting your home are NOT doctors, but trained medical evaluators, not even nurse certified.  Unless then are offering you big $$ cash to come in, hang up and block the call.

This is probably Humana. They keep harassing me to have someone come out and ask me a million questions, probably so they can justify a huge rate increase. I keep blocking. They keep calling from new numbers. I told them to stop the F calling me. I’m a health professional myself. I don’t need anyone asking me about my health except my doctor. I’ve been called over a dozen times this year. I think I’ll report them to a federal agency, once I can figure which one would handle it. I just want them to be aware that Humana doesn’t respect their member’s privacy. I am not obligated to accept this Q and A and I will not. Ever. I’m beyond angry but I’m stuck with Humana because it’s the only MA plan my most important doctor accepts. I hate that too, but like my doctor. Rock. Hard place.
