Claim Number, 203595 to be pretty clear with you. If you are being placed on my schedule for service for this Friday, August 24th, unless I hear differently. I will be out to see you at your residence or your place of employment at that time. They're onboard you have officially been notified.

I got same messege from the same stupid number refering.

Please stop calling my mother regarding anything about me. It is harrassment.

It is a scam. Just ignore it. They will move on to a more willing participant. My sister got this same call and she fell for it and they cleaned out her bank account.

Got two calls from this number 855-216-9798 at the same time everyday for two days. They ask for someone who does not live here and whom I don't know. This so called company should make sure they know they are calling the right person. The BBB gave them an F rating. I wonder why? Next time they call I told them I will contact my lawyer.

I have been getting calls from 855-216-9798 constantly....they have even called my family members which they  have been calling me and telling me what they say...I have told my family members to ignore the calls..they have only scared the family..which i do not appreciate.  They have as well said that they will be looking for me at my employment and home this calls are annoying. The name that the person gave was Angela Rosas, if this was true how come they don't send anything through the mail....

I JUST received a call from these idiots telling me they will come out in 72 hours if I don't call the (855) # by Monday.  She said her name was Casey Armstrong and that if need be she would come to my job, my home , the grocery store, etc...How the hell will you find me at the grocery store YOU IDIOT.  Any who, they're full of it!

Just listen to a message from Michael Avondale it sounded just like what hate scammers wrote, he left the same number

They called my neighbor! saying I had a warrant out for my arrest i am going to find these scammers and sue the fu*k out of them. i have recorded every call they have made so far. We were not able to record the arrest call though, they always appear to comply when they are recorded but when a live person speaks to them they are threatening.

I received same call from Recovery Processing Systems, this is 2nd time in over 8 months I have been contacted regarding letter of intent, which as I have heard, is not something people are warned of prior. I verified my credit reports and there is no negative account or collection or even inquiry for this past loan of 1300 i supposedly owe to PaydayOne. I paid off loan in the past and if they had any disputes there is nothing on my credit report ever posted before. Seems if as they say, my claim passed through 3 credit collection companies one would have placed debt on my credit report. They have poorest attitude, I really see no legal intent only scam to take money. During my call a Mr. Morris hopped on the line and was harassing in manner.

I just recieve the same message you guys are getting saying I need to contact them and I was being placed in litigation and will be in court on oct9th??? Now wouldnt I know if I was going to court next week for something???? what the heck is this companies deal....I don't appreciate being harrassed by anyone..I may have horrible credit but the only thing on that is medical bills nothing else. So unless they know of a job that will pay for every single thing that my family needs then they need not to call me again.

2 calls in 2 days from Angelo DeRosa leaving a threat of litigation for someone that is NOT me.

His number is blocked, but the call back number he leaves is 855-216-9798 and he gave no company just "RPS"

He's full of crap.  #1 I work in the legal field and #2 I've worked in collections off and on for the last 15 years.  When serving someone with a summons or notice to appear it has to be done in person or via certified mail that they have to sign for you can't just leave random threatening voicemail messages and call it good.

I have been getting the same calls from Casey Armstrong and when I called the number back the same guy Mr. Morris also got on the line and started threatening me and now they are calling my family and even people I don't even really talk to or people I haven't seen or heard from in years. I reported the calls to the FTC and had my number put on a do not call list.

I called the number back yesterday after the second call and told them to remove me from their list as I am not the party they are trying to reach.

I was told my number would be removed.

I got another call today (10/11/12) from the same Angelo DeRosa person.  Told him to stop calling me that I am not the person he is looking for nor do I know the person he is looking for.  He lied and said I was listed as a "reference contact" for the debt.  I repeated that he is to remove my number and not call me again, he said "well today is the last day of calls anyway so you're in luck" and hung up on me.

I was getting the same calls as well as my sister and parents. They were looking for someone I'd never heard of.  I didn't bother calling them.  Just filed a BBB report. Less than a day later they responded they will no longer contact me or any of my family.

She called me as well and I asked who she works for she told  me The state of Texas.. she couldnt provide me with any rock solid information such as court number she works for and their phone number or anything!!! I feel the same way..Scam Artist!!!! A bunch of BS
