Looks like an AT&T affiliate doesn't think it has to follow the DNC registry.

Another half dozen calls.

Some sort of Indian call center scam claiming to be selling AT&T Direct TV.

Said they were AT&T

Called and left no message. Very suspicious

Left message claiming to be selling AT&T Direct TV.

Claimed to be with AT&T and Direct TV.  Called after I requested to be taken off their call list.

Caller ID stated: 07/30/19, 10:36 AM, 800 Service, 855-223-0558. Female Robo caller saying she is from AT&T and Direct TV. Reporting them to the FCC I am on the DNC list.

This is a scam.

Called offering to bundle my home phone, internet and Directv service for one low price of $130 per month including all fees and taxes, which was a savings of $60-$70 per month. This promotion was for two years and did not require a contract. I hung up when he told me that the way to activate this promotion on my account I needed to prepay my bill for 2 months!! Ummm no thank you not giving you any info to change my account for $260 an hope you a not a scammer!! I was born at night but it wasn’t last night, nice try!!

Claimed to be calling from ATT & Direct TV. Caller ID even said the call was from AT&T. Said they could reduce my $200+ monthly bill to $69.00 per month for 2 years if I paid $280.00 upfront. He said,"Would it be a problem for you to pay $280.00 up front to reduce your bill to $69.00 per month for the next two years?" In order to qet this program I am going to provide you with a code and a phone #. You will need to go to Dollar General, or CVS pharmacy, or Walgreens or Rite Aid and buy an Amazon gift card in the amount of $280.00 and call this phone # provide the code and the number on the back of the gift card. This all has to be completed before 10:30 tonight or you don't get the special deal. Now read back to me the code # and the phone # so I know you wrote it down.

Well as soon as I got off the phone, I called A T & T Direct TV and told them this whole story. They told me it is a scam. They asked me for the code # and the phone # that was given to me.

Stupid Crooked Morons are trying to Monopolize, Phone, Internet, Cable, Cell Phone & so on. Lousy Customer Service. It’s a wonder, if anyone speaks English.

They have offered me, an elderly person, a greatly reduced rate for a period of time if - IF - I buy an ebay card for $250 TODAY.  Then I am to receive a $100 VISA gift card and a lot of extras plus a monthly bill of $69 - $100 less than I'm paying now.  Sounds too fishy and I'm probably not going to bite.

Its a scam,  No legitimate business would accept a gift card for payment.  They are not from ATT or Dish,  They will use your ebay card as soon as you give them the number.  They will never send you anything.  Your bill will not change.

Variations on this scam - different callers claiming to represent different companies with different deals - are all over this message board.  All of them are scams.
