recvd a call from a private number saying there trying to reach my first and last name and that she was contacting me from an ARA @ 855-223-2522 with a clm#.. i explain not sure what this is about but nothing was delivered and she was unclear as her name being ms.winn and when you call the number back the vm is full and no one is picking up.. people really need to stop with the drama

I got a call two weeks ago from an unknown number.  I didnt answer but within 15 minutes, my sister and my cousin called me saying they got a call saying they are now defendants in a lawsuit filed by me and they needed to call this number back and press ext 215.  Then my work line rang and i was confused.  Finally i stepped out of the office and called back on my cell phone. They said they were ARA and that i had a debt (which was discharged in my BK) that i had to pay.  I explained this and they said that they would continue to call until i paid.  I set up a payment plan which i thought was crazy because this debt was discharged, but i didnt want my family and friends thinking i filed a lawsuit against them... I called back prior to my payment and Justin Alexander kept yelling at me saying he was a paralegal.  i asked for an attorney so my attorney could talk with them but he just said they will only deal with him.  then he said he deleted my payment information and wouldnt even give me their address or who they are.  I dont even know what ARA stands for.  I mean, this is harassment!

They Called me  today and said someone filled a complaint’s  so i need yo call the corporate office under the name of Franklin Miller

I have received numerous voicemail messages from 516-856-9015 saying that the message is for my husband. I have looked up the phone number and the name Franklin Miller and Associates and the phone number they left (855-235-2522) and neither one exist on the Internet. This is a scam! Please do not fall for this! If they really wanted my husband and if there was really something going on, they would have called him already. Also, other family members are getting the same phone call that they are trying to reach my husband. What legit business does this?? They are not legitimate. This is a scam.

Same, do not fall for this. Any legal papers that require you to take action would be hand-delivered to you. And they would not call family members about personal legal business. So very obviously a scam.

Earlier today I received a call from this number . with a complaint number. and blah blah. So I just called the number back. Something about I opened a bank account with US Bank in 2010 and owed them money . um no . then she said something too fast then said " I wish you good luck" I said "You can send me whatever so-called info you have in the mail.   then hung up .  It's surprising she never asked me what the complaint number was , But she knew what my name was off the bat . and my SS number.

Drama? Really so you truly think there some package floating around for you  The only DRAMA is the constant BS of these SCAMS  Not what people are commenting !!! I have some things I could selll you if you could give me all your personal information first
