now I'm going to the police. I get repeated calls from some guy threatening that I have to call the plaintiff at 855-223-2727 aritration with a case number immediately or I'll be served and they've dug into probably my social security so that's my next call because they called my husband's long time ago common law wife and told her she gets my widow payments and should call s.s. right away and gave her my cell phone number.  There is NO company or people by this name or arbitration anywhere that the internet takes us that remotely references anything like this. This is the worst scam I have ever experienced. I don't talk to them and I can't block because he calls from a rstricted number.  They got to be attacking others. Please let us know. Lacy and i can't be the only ones.

these people have left this number for me to call 855-223-2727 along with a case #.  When I call this number they ask me to verify my date of birth and ss#.  When i ask who they are they say RH Group.  I told them I would file a complaint for harassment as they are very rude and obnoxious and say threatening things like "You will be served court papers."  I have a friend who works in a courthouse and they have to serve out of the county you live in, so call your local county courthouse and see if there has been a suit filed against you by this RH Group or whomever they are claiming to be from this phone number.  You can also put them on a do not call list.

Got the same exact call for my former roomate.

PRIVATE #, harrassing summons/court/ for someone who DOES NOT LIVE HERE.  Police will

Getting harrassing/threatening calls from these jack@@@es too! Also they are known to block their # too! Call may come up as private!

Just called these guys back and had a really trippy conversation with a Henry Glenn. When I said its probably an alias, he said that Michael Taylor is probably an alias for me (I'm a woman) and he thought it was a little early to be drinking.He said there was no one on "his floor" named Angela White (the initial caller) and that I should "clean out my ears" and listen to the message again. Wouldn't tell me what the summons was about or which court filed the complaint. He said that in order to do so, I would have to give him my birth date and ss#.
It was actually kind of fun to challenge him. He kept insisting that I was Michael Taylor. Maybe I am, but I blame it on the drugs. :-)

They called my 82 year old mother and she gave them my work number. She was so worried about me.
They called my cell phone, my work, and my mom all in 30 minutes with their threats. This is the worst harassment I haven't ever encountered. I call the sheriff's department and a deputy came out and took the report. He told me to block their number. Today once again, they called me mom again and left a very detailed message on their phone, called my cell and work number. I called them back at 855-223-2727 which by the way is not the number Alex calls from. He calls from an unknown number. When I called I asked for Alex and the girl put me on hold. She came back on the line and said she could help me. I started with their threating phone calls and she repeatedly said they don't make any out going calls. I argued with her back and forth and she kept saying she could only help me with a case number. I finally gave it to her because I wanted to continue my conversation I had with the Deputy who came out to speak with me. I told her I was recording the call for the sheriff's department and she said I had no right to record the call and put me on hold. I hung up the phone.  

We need to stand together people and put this RH Group out of business. There are ways to collect a debt but it's not from threats. They could be locked up.

I got two calls today from 18552232727 for an old debt. Talking about a summons they are full of **it is my opinion.  Since I gave the info to my attorney no one has called back.  Quite interesting!

They called my son's in-laws. We don't even have their number so we have no idea how they connected us to them!! It was really weird! Part of the case # was our SSN. Was so strange that my son's in laws even thought it was a scam.

The same thing has happened to me. The guy is very aggressive and has been harassing me. Not sure what its about, but he has called my job repeatedly. He's also said that he'll be showing up to my job, so now im waiting.

Same here my dad actually had got a note taped to his door and multiple calls every day.  We might be able to block the number but what about the notes?!

Just received the same type of call.  She told me that she needed to serve a court summons and the employee was going to miss his court date.  I work in Human Resources, they are trying to contact an employee.  People come to work and should not be harrassed or embarrsed with these type of calls.   I am reporting them to the Attorney General Office and I advise you all to do the same.

I had a similar call. First from a private number that was blocked.  The guy said I was the defendant in some case and papers would be served on me.  He asked if I had been notified.  He gave me a Docket number and the 855-223-2727 to supposedly stop the summons.  I called and gave the docket#.  They tried to get me to give them my SS# and birth date but I refused.  The gal said she was in Seattle and gave me some story about how they worked for a 3rd party.  I kept pushing they had the wrong person and she finally backed off and apologized and hung up when it became clear I was not in the city/county they were referring to.

I got a similar call too today it was from a blocked number talking about her name is Jennifer Burch saying my case has been fax to her office and to call the complaintant at that 855-223-2727 to resolve the issue. Like seriously then I call and its just some damn machine and they have been calling for a while BLOCKED and this is now the first message they have left and in all this the lady nor did the recording say the name of the company.

This people keep calling not sure who they are.. .they are harassing me.

I had a message on my answering machine saying a complaint has been filed against me and gave  number supposedly of the complaint.  I don't have a clue what they might be talking about.  I plan to talk to our local sheriffs department about it.

So my friend got the same call and they have her ss number and a bunch of [***]. so how can she call and report them? Need awnsers plz
