You say not a scam, yet only a scammer would make false and illegal threats of "freezing bank accounts and wage garnishment" to trick a victim into paying.

I received a voicemail from Whitney with ALS firm. She stated she needed to speak with me or my attorney about a chexsystem complaint being filed against me. I have no bad accounts or checks. Thinking this is a scam. I called the number back with no intentions of speaking with them. The phone never rang, it immediately played music. A woman picked up the phone and only said ALS. I ended the call.
