Our Landline's attached device, a "CPR V10000 Call Blocker" (Whitelist Mode", silently BLOCKS these unwanted nuisense callers.
Various info sources reveal this Caller as: "UNLISTED", "SPAM - Telemarketer - Robo Call".
(There is a separate Caller ID display panel device connected to our Landline, ahead of the Call Blocker device)

Repeat calls. Hangs up on answering machine. Leaves no message.

Answering machine picked up the caller hung up

I have a call from ‭+1 (877) 856-5128‬ saying it was Care Plus Health Insurance and they wanted a feedback of recent visit and asked me to call at 855-223-8052 and gave me a code number to dialed when they responded. I called and it really was Care Plus machine asking questions

Rcvd call from (855) 223-8052.  No message. I have no affiliation with Care Plus so, if Rebecca is correct, they must be robocalling to solicit me. Blocked number.

This showed up on my cellphone. No message left. Judging by the comments, this is Care Plus Health Insurance. I don't know why they would call me.

AT&T marked it as a Telemarketer. A shame that the Acting Chair of the FCC claims that she announced her first set of anti-robocalls on March 17, 2021, by fining sending cease-and-desist letters to six "voice providers" most of which are located in Canada (4) and the UK (1) but have any of you seen any drop in the number of these calls?

Wow!  That should have cut them down to 0, after all there are only 5 companies in the whole world making these calls (note huge amount of sarcasm).

+1 (855) 223-8052 IS THE NRA. I *67 the number back and it’s a message from NRA. Sucks because I’m a supporter but they make me not want to be constantly asking for money and gutting my husband out of hundreds of dollars in last 6 months.

This number has  been hammer dialing me for weeks.   I just called the number back.  It IS the NRA.  I am a member but I don't want marketing calls. Period.  I blocked the number.  I see other's that say it isn't the NRA, BS, it IS.

Just because you reached the NRA when you called the number doesn't mean all calls from it are from the NRA. Scammers frequently spoof legitimate phone numbers.
