I got a call from this number and said it was Angela from a law firm and something about a claim. SHe stated a claim number and said to call back. I called back and got  some weird runaround system.

Received a call from this number wanting to verify my address to serve me papers regarding a lawsuit. I would not verify my information and hung up on them.

Exact same situation as Renee and Jo.  This is FRAUD!!  Do NOT give out any info, or money!! Call your local police department and let them know.  First it was a local guy who called me, and the number he told me to call was a place called Consolidated.  This is FRAUD!

The same to me, but the phone call was to my bro. and not me, ( My Bro. lives out of state.) RED LIGHT. Tried looking up the number, but no Company name, then I found this blog, and did what L. V. Did and called my Police Department and reported it to them. Remember any company that calls you will always leave there Company name, the person name that called you and a phone to call them back. But if you are unsure always look up there name and phone online. If it is a company you know, like a credit card always call the number on the back and ask if they called you.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. They called over and over for a long time. I kept ignoring them but then my daughter got irritated and answered, said i wasn't home and the woman got very rude with my daughter saying where is she then and accusing her of lying. I said hang up. I hear her say who was that? Who are you talking to? My daughter finally listened to me and hung up. The phone calls continued for few more minutes then finally voicemail saying this is my only chance to take care of this matter. I have charges against me that i need to addressed now. That they need to verify my address and place if employment. Gave me this number only, no company name, nothing about what it could possibly be. I called my friend to tell her about the weird message, she said i was about to call you, i have a voicemail for you on my cell phone. They left  message about an hour ago. It was same messge that was left on my cell phone. So i worried all night but knew i hadn't done anything. So decided to wait til morning to call but googled number and found all these reports. So i should ignore it? Other than report it to police?

They did this to me same number they also have some guy calling saying he is investigating a claim and wanted my address and also to call consolidated at the above number on this page.  They even called my daughters cell number trying to find out my address.  She told him she was going to call the police and they never called back.  Then he persisted in calling me and would not even leave a message on answering machine.  He did not want to be recorded or traced.  THIS IS FRAUD PLEASE BEWARE AND GIVE NO INFORMATION OUT.

I just got a voice mail message left for someone I do not know or ever heard of and they stated that they are Investigator Folley and this person needs to call them back by 5:30 today or they will dispatch the sheriff out to her place of employment and her home.  I'm not going to even bother to call them back to let them know they have the wrong person.  What a scam......

This phone call came in for me today also and they not only called my job twice, but they called my daughters cell phone and my mother which lives 4 states away....God only knows who else they have called and the guy was rude; he went by Jordan Davis and he is rude and I told him he better bring a police escort and if he is reading this, the phone calls are recorded and they denied to give me any company information....no address and they would verify they could be found on the BBB..They asked for my social security number as well as gave me an address on the account that I would not verify or deny and they were more than happy to break the law by giving out someones personal address without asking me my claim number....when I pointed out the blunders, told them I was recording the phone calls and they denied me recording and wanted a full payment then or they could not help me....there is certainly an issue. The sheriff has asked me to pull this and let him know the information. Please pass this along and do not believe them....if they want to serve you with papers, they will find you....without telling you, because if they do not serve you, they can not do anything.  Oh yeah and after me correcting him saying my last name because they already had it...the idiot on the other end could not get his phonics in place, the man thinks that aliens are alive and he is a sure winner and so is the supervisor Randy (a girl) they sent me too. They will put up a good fight.

I get the same calls.  Please, DO NOT provide your information.  They try to intimidate you and get access to your checking info and rip you off.  Thet got our info from a payday loan company we once used.  In the past, these calls came frome foreigners, but now, the callers"sound" American.  This scam has been featured on the news.  If you cannot afford the expensive payday loan trap, then contact an attorney for protection through bankruptcy.  They called me from 469-310-6252 and wanted me to call back to 1-855-223-8242.
