I called the #. Then I offered to pay a loan he said I took out 4-7 yrs ago [ on my terms ] he would not accept it. I asked him to send me a letter saying he was rejecting my terms and he would not?? So I hung up on him.

got another call from this number. They said they needed information from me about a accident.
I have not had any accidents they call about every 15 to 30 minutes.

Debt Collection company.  Real sleazy one.  Called my grandparents and told them they are federal investigators and they are going to come pick me up unless I get in touch with them.  Unbelievable.

This company is a scam. Someone claiming to be Brian Slater answered the call back number and made up some BS about being a private investigator. I asked him for an address or website and he got very defensive. Report this to the relevant authorities.

have no idea who this number is and what it is about.  don't have any old debt and am on state and federal do not call lists.

Called saying they filed a lawsuit against me, for an old debt from 5 years ago... that I never even had? When I told them I didnt do it and they needed to investigate further the guy got really rude with me and said he was going to mark on his reports that I was refusing to cooperate and then hung up on me!

If this company is harassing you, get informed about what your rights are under the Fair Debt Collections Act.  It is governed by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) who have put out a Guide for Consumers at this website:

Some clown by the name of Brian Slater called me today. He probably is from telemarketing or some debt collection agency. Trying to sound as if he was from the FBI, or the CIA, I guess this was his attempt to scare me. Sorry, you got the wrong person for that tactic, I do not scare easily. In addition,  I do not know this person, will not be returning his call, and I will be reporting this incident to the authories.

I suggest any one that gets a call from this particular person, not to return his call, and report him to the BBB, or the fraud unit.
