Yup..its a collection agency

Left a personal recorded message on the work phone about a legal matter and said they had to be called back today.  

Just left me a message from ASG about a debt. DELETE! Don't call my job with this.

got call from this number said they were from AsgSoluitons.com. Form they filled out for me had po box 36 Niagra Falls New York said i owed a debt. When i found the true Asg Solutions Firm the only thing that matched was the mailing address. Phone number on my form 888-397-8882 has be posted as a scam several times on this site. All screwed up now. Don't know what to think. Scam by someone more than likely. The true number for ASG is 855-223-9251.

My son received a call that sounded like a computer looking for me it was urgent I contact them.
I called 855-223-9251 and spoke to David Goldstein concerning an unpaid payday loan dated from Oct 2012.I owed $526.00 he told me that if I didn't settle by the end of today he had claim of title , could garnish my wages & there would be a civil judgment against me. He could freeze my bank accounts. The address on the letter he emailed me had an address that I haven't lived at since 2009.Something doesn't sound right. I told him I need to see a validation of debt and forward a letter I have from a debt consolidation co I recently worked with. I looked up the web site and their address is PO box 36 Niagara Falls , New York 14304.

Don't fall for it Debt collector and they can't sue, garnish or anything else on a payday loan.
