said they were coming to my work to serve me with papers. They called my boss as well. Would not say what this was about.  Very rude and threatening.

Called me about a debt. Not sure if its a scam or real

Called twice now over the last 3 weeks. Left a voicemail - told me they are trying to reach this location or 'me' and that they are attempting to send out certified correspondence for 'someone I have never heard of...Andrei Schavenko or something'. They told me if any changes needed to made or further details are needed to call the issuing firm...at this number. 855-225-0280

it's a scam.......

We received a call telling us we were getting served from a restricted number and were told to call this number to find out more details, even gave me a reference number that I needed to give them when I call. I told them I would not call because it could be a scam or fraud and thats when He got rude. and said He was going to note that I was refusing to cooperate. He said to be expecting serving papers tomorrow between 9-4. I should call and make report to Police.

That I have to be home at 3:00p.m. so that can give me some papers

They are calling my job. They won't identify what law firm they are from.
This is a scam. They will make up a company they are collecting for. Theyu called me and co-worker.

They called my parents house and said they were going to serve me papers yesterday between 3:30-7:30. No one ever showed up.. sounds like a scam.

Used my maiden name, didn't identify himself. Referred to "the firm" needing to send out certified correspondence to "this location". Called both my personal cell and direct line at work. I have issues with Sallie Mae that I'm already dealing with directly with them and some VERY old debt from college years that has been long gone from my credit report.

He just called my parents' house with a cause number and said he will call back in an hour and that the matter is time sensitive.

most likely a scam, they called me and mentioned the name of my ex wife of 22 years and some bogus case number.. fcking scammers probably got some incorrect information of some websites that grab public records. half of the [***] in those websites is incorrect or have names similar to yours bunched together,

I have been getting calls from two agencies now claiming they want to serve papers on me and my ex-husband (19 years since we divorced).  They are harassing me and will not leave me alone.  they are rude and disrespectful.  What should I do?

i keep getting calls for LEAH V.. i was married to her brother but we divorced 10+ years ago. MATT is the front desk guy and hes pretty friendly. MR. "listen carefully and respond immediately" was the start of the voicemail that was left. Wanted me for location for correspondence for the "firm"...mentioned siblings name .  What a joke. This has all the signs of a sick scan. Pathetic.

They left two voicemails identifying themselves as The Firm, no firm name.  Said it was in regards to someone who used to live here and left the return number 855-225-0280.  I thought it might be an area code from the Bahamas which I'd been warned about in the past as a scam number.  didn't return the calls.

i called them just another person suing people... i've been to court...its nothing ...you just make payments...
