Called about being a private courier with a summons being delivered this Friday for a civil case. Have no idea who or what and don’t care because I don’t know anything. Said her name was Savannah Wright.

This number called my work landline, asking specifically for me. My name is unusual enough that I answered in the affirmative. It was some guy named Eli Simmons (no accent amazingly) who said he had civil lawsuit papers to deliver to me between 6:00 and 7:00 pm on Friday. When asked what they were about, he told me it was a company called ACA Mediation. Gave me a phone # and a case #. I called, they were quite convincing except for one detail, they didn't answer the phone with a company name, just a person's name and how may I help you.  They did not have my current address either.  Stating is was a lawsuit from US Bank from 2006. Hubby checked online and noted it was a scam.

Got the same call about being a private courier with a non criminal summons being delivered this Friday for a civil case.  Gave me a case number, phone number and told me to call tomorrow.  When he said that he was in Richmond VA and was serving the summons on Friday, I asked it he really was going to travel to WV to serve papers.  He told me that he was not and that he got that summons by mistake and he would send letter back to company.  When I asked could he provide me with the company's name, he responded that it was sealed and he would get in trouble for opening the summons.

My father got a message from this number on 2/12/19 stating that they have to notify her of court summons on Friday... I find very odd/concerning for 3reasons....

1) MY MOTHER AND FATHER HAVE BEEN DIVORCED FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS!
2) my father just got that phone service/phone number about a month ago.
3) at the end they say "you have officially been notified"
I don't understand how they've "officially notified" anyone other than a man who they don't even know has contact with the person or not! WTF???

3 of my family members and I received this call for me. 2 of the numbers were different. It's about a criminal complaint and I will get a summons Friday.

I got a voicemail this afternoon (2/13/19) from an "unavailable" phone number. There was a man who identified himself as Tom DeCarlo from Nationwide Courier Service. He said he had a court summons for somebody who was not me, but has the same last name. He gave the callback number of 855-226-5869 and said he will come to my home this Friday, the 15th, between 5-7pm with this civil court summons.

Got a call from a private number and normally I allow them to stay private but I answered it today. They asked for my husband and when I told them he was at work, can I help you? He told me it was about a 'civil matter' and they could only talk to him....hmmmm so I took the case # and phone # 855-226-5869. I called husband and he called the # from his other phone and I listened to this guy trying to convince my husband to give him $50 to start restitution on an overdraft from 2008?? WOW had old address from 12 years ago and seemed shady,he didn't get a thing from us although he sure was trying, be careful
