Receiving a call from a person by the name of Mr. Champion.  Claiming that I owe money and if I would like to handle it out of court.  Otherwise he will have the local authorities come in to arrest me.  I called the number that was given.  A representative answers under the company name of American Credit.  I was able to reach Mr. Champion, but when I asked if I could get more information from him including his immediate managers name and the companies address he refused and told me that I don't need any of that and hung up.
