received a call no message

I get calls from this number pretty regularly. This one I let go to voice mail. After my message played and the dummy on the other end heard the beep, (s)he just sat there for 8 seconds and then huung up. I could tell from the background noise it was a call center, so it's probably some schmuck who wants me to believe that I signed up to get more information on Feminist Dance Theory classes and he just wants to collect the tuition I promised to pay previously. Whatever.....
